No. You can send a photo, description, style, colour, memory, or rough idea. If you already know the item, a product link is useful.
Am I committed to buying when I submit the form?
No. A request starts the conversation. We show you the option and relevant pricing before a purchase is made.
Can you buy from a Japanese website for me?
Yes, when the item and seller are suitable. Send us the product URL and we can review the request.
Can you search physical shops or local products?
That is one of the reasons this service exists. Depending on the request and location, we may be able to search local retailers, regional products, makers, or other sources in Japan.
Can you source anything?
No. Some products cannot be purchased or shipped because of legal, carrier, safety, customs, availability, or seller restrictions. We will tell you when a request is not possible.
How much will shipping cost?
It depends on your country and the final parcel size and weight. We provide the relevant shipping information before dispatch.
