ZEN Home Finds ships curated Japanese goods from Japan to Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and New Zealand.

We currently ship to the following countries and regions:

Orders are usually prepared and packed in Japan after your selected items are confirmed.

Processing times may vary depending on item availability, seasonal items, and shipping schedules.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery country and available shipping methods.

Shipping is not included in the product price unless expressly stated at checkout.

Import duties, GST, taxes, and customs clearance fees are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless expressly stated at checkout.

These charges, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility and may be collected by the courier or customs authority upon delivery.

International shipments may be delayed by customs inspections, local delivery conditions, or courier processing.

ZEN Home Finds is not responsible for customs delays once an order has been handed to the carrier.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply.

We are not responsible for parcels refused due to unpaid local duties, taxes, customs charges, or failure to respond to courier or customs requests.

The ZEN Signature Box includes seasonal surprise items selected by ZEN Home Finds.
