Returns

Because each ZEN Signature Box is curated and packed for international shipping, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, or dislike of seasonal surprise items.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or another appropriate solution depending on the situation.

The ZEN Signature Box includes seasonal surprise items selected by ZEN Home Finds.

Seasonal surprise items vary by availability and season. Colours, patterns, and exact items may vary.

These variations are part of the ZEN Signature Box experience and are not considered defects.

Customs, duties, and refused delivery

Import duties, GST, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the customer’s responsibility unless expressly stated at checkout.

We are not responsible for parcels refused due to unpaid local duties, taxes, or customs charges.

Lost parcels

If your parcel appears to be lost, please contact us and we will help review the tracking information.
